Why is there a 30-day hold on commissions?
The 30-day hold is a standard protection mechanism. Treatlly offers a 14-day free trial, and subscriptions are refundable within the first billing cycle in certain circumstances. The hold ensures that your commission comes from a confirmed, non-refunded revenue event. Once 30 days have passed since the subscription charge, your commission is locked in — guaranteed.
How does the payout process work?
Payouts are fully automated via Razorpay Route. When you register, you add your bank account number, IFSC code, and PAN. Razorpay verifies and links your account. Once commissions clear the 30-day hold and your total eligible amount reaches the minimum threshold (₹500), the transfer is initiated automatically — no action needed from you. You'll see the Razorpay reference ID in your commission history.
Can I refer a clinic I already work with?
Yes — as long as it's not your own clinic. Self-referrals (where the clinic owner and affiliate are the same person, identified by mobile number) are not eligible. Any other clinic you have a relationship with can be referred.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?
Your affiliate dashboard shows everything: link click counts, referrals by status (clicked → signed up → subscribed → eligible), commission amounts, payout history, and upcoming eligible dates. You can log in anytime with just your mobile number and OTP — no password required.
Can I generate QR codes for offline sharing?
Yes. For each referral link you create, you can generate a branded QR code (with Treatlly logo and your referral code) that can be downloaded as a PNG. Print it, put it on a visiting card, share it in a WhatsApp message, or display it at a medical conference — every scan is tracked back to your account.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required?
No. There is no minimum. Even a single successful referral earns you a commission. The only threshold is the ₹500 minimum payout balance before an automated bank transfer is triggered — multiple smaller commissions can accumulate and be paid out together when the threshold is crossed.
What documents do I need to register?
