Do you offer patient apps?
Patients get a responsive web portal plus SMS notifications. Doctors can use our white-label mobile app for schedules and prescriptions.
What modules are available beyond OPD?
OPD is the base module. You can add Hospital Management (HMS) for wards, beds, and admissions; Pharmacy for medicine catalog and dispensing; and Laboratory for test orders, sample tracking, and results.
Can I use a custom domain for my clinic?
Yes. Every tenant gets an auto-generated subdomain, and you can map your own custom domain with DNS TXT verification for full white-label branding.
Do you support coupons or discount codes?
Yes. Create coupon codes with flat or percentage discounts, target new or existing customers, set usage limits and expiration dates, and track redemptions in real time.
How does doctor verification work?
Doctors go through a 6-stage verification workflow. We support 50+ Indian medical councils for registration validation, with both automatic checks and manual review options.
Are invoices generated automatically?
Yes. Invoices are auto-generated with unique reference numbers and available as downloadable PDFs. Subscriptions are managed through Razorpay with support for proration on upgrades.
Where is data stored?
All PHI stays within India in encrypted stores. Public APIs use signed tokens so only in-product JS can call them.
